If a course is postponed and re-booked then a postponement charge will be made.
For 24 hours or less – a 50% postponement fee
Within 1 week of the event – a 25% postponement fee
You may nominate a substitute delegate at any time.
Cancellations or postponements must be confirmed by email or letter.
We will advise you of any change in the programme as well as a change of trainer. All courses will include supplementary handout materials.

All work already completed will be charged at the full daily rate previously agreed
Expenses already incurred during the course of that work to be reimbursed. Alfi Media will provide a full account of expenditure.
Alfi Media Ltd, as the creators, retains the copyright of the production unless specifically agreed up front with the client. Clients wishing to obtain the ownership of the copyright of the production after contract must agree terms with Alfi Media Ltd.
In all circumstances, Alfi Media Ltd reserves the right to use the production in question for all their marketing and promotional needs.
Payments should be made within 30 days of date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments.
Alfi Media Ltd will never share your personal or business information with anyone outside the company, or use it for any purpose to which you have not explicitly agreed.
