Alison Rusted - Director

Before setting up Alfi Media, Ali Rusted was an Editor at the BBC. She launched digital stations Radio 7 and 5 Live Sports Extra, and commissioned television sports programming for BBC3. She’s produced programmes from some of the greatest events in the world including the Olympics, 5 Live’s Sony Award-winning coverage of England’s Rugby World Cup victory in Australia, General Elections and Royal weddings and funerals. Ali has worked with some of the biggest names in TV and radio including Clive Anderson, Michael Parkinson, Clare Balding and John Inverdale.

Fiona Cotterill - Director

As a producer and presenter Fiona Cotterill worked on a vast array of programmes for the BBC including: Sony award winning The Bankrupt Game, 5 Live Goes To Parliament and the Simon Mayo Show, as well as BBC1’s On Side and 606. Fiona went on to be part of the management of 5 Live where she wrote the BBC’s winning bid for radio rights to football’s Premiership. She was responsible for training new presenters, devised and led audience and diversity courses for the station. Fiona later became Managing Director of Unique, the UK's biggest independent radio production company before joining Ali to create Alfi Media.
